Give yourself time and space out of the therapy 'arena'.

Get clear. Feel confident.

Keep making a difference in the life of others.

Hi, I'm Katie.
And I'm so glad you've found this page.

Have you ever felt like you were leading your own imposter syndrome parade?

Or thought you were confidently heading in the right direction… only to suddenly question all your decisions and wonder if you actually know nothing — and maybe it was a mistake to take on this work in the first place?

Maybe you’re feeling totally swamped with work, unsure where to even begin — and like everything is sitting just slightly out of reach?

The thing is: I’ve been there too.

Every one of these questions is something I’ve asked myself at one point or another.

And something I’ve come to know for sure is this:

The solution is usually simpler and closer than our minds lead us to believe.

Sound familiar? OT Supervision might be a good place to start.

At OT Supervision, my goal is to help create that space for you — think of it like therapy for the therapist.

Sometimes, all you need is time and support to get clear, map out your next step, and take a breath.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

You’ve probably already gathered — I’m someone who really cares about this work, and the people doing it.

I’ve been an OT for over 15 years, and like many in the profession, I’ve navigated seasons of uncertainty, overload, and questioning myself — right alongside the real joy and meaning that this work can bring.

Over the years, I’ve worked across community aged care, injury management and corporate environments, disability, and private practice — in settings with big teams, and others where it was just me.

These days, I continue to work as a private OT in the community disability space, while offering supervision for OTs at all stages of their career — to help them reflect, reset, and keep making a difference in a way that feels sustainable for them.

Want to know more about my background, style, and what makes me tick? (No judgement — I’d be the same.)

Supervision looks a little different for everyone.

But what I know for sure is that having space to reflect and reset can make all the difference — no matter where you are in your OT journey.

Early-career OTs

finding their feet and figuring out what kind of therapist they want to be — wondering if they’re “doing it right,” and trying to build clinical confidence without burning out.

Private practice therapists

carrying the weight of every decision — from clinical choices to admin overload — and could use a space to think out loud without pressure.

Overloaded or stretched-too-thin OTs

feeling the fatigue but not knowing how to slow down without dropping the ball. Supervision can be a chance to pause, reset, and find your rhythm again.

Experienced therapists

who love the work but want to go deeper — refining their practice, reconnecting with their values, and staying intentional in the way they show up.

If any of these sound a bit like you, you're in the right place. Whatever stage you're at, supervision can help you reconnect with what matters most.

What does supervision actually look like?

Sometimes supervision is about untangling something tricky. Other times, it’s just a chance to pause, breathe, and come back to what matters. You might leave with a plan — or simply feel lighter and more grounded.

Other times that might mean talking through time management strategies, exploring caseload planning, or getting clear on what’s actually realistic this season.
